Key Responsibilities
Supervision and coordination of clinical services
Provide and direct provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes
Ensure appropriate clinician assignments and evaluate patient orders
Coordinate determination of patient home health benefits and ongoing insurance approvals
Assess patient needs and individualize care according to physician orders
Review assessments and plans of care daily
Required Qualifications
Current RN licensure in state of practice
Current CPR certification
Current Driver's License
Vehicle insurance
Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
