HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Bedford, IN . This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive outpatient rehab team providing high-quality care in a sports and orthopedic therapy setting.

Setting Overview:

This outpatient facility offers comprehensive physical therapy services including orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, and treatment for chronic conditions. Therapists here work one-on-one with patients to ensure the best outcomes through individualized treatment plans.

Position Highlights:

• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 45–60 minute treatments

• Daily caseload of 10–12 patients

• Focused, patient-centered care in a modern, team-driven environment

• Use of functional and evidence-based therapy strategies

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations and ongoing assessments

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

• Collaborate with support staff to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Educate patients and families on progress and home programs

• Engage in team meetings and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana PT license or Compact License

• 2–3 years of outpatient ortho experience preferred (new grads welcome)

• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills

• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
