Key Responsibilities
Maintaining cleanliness and safety in various store areas
Performing daily and weekly maintenance duties
Supporting cleaning projects across teams
Performing minor repairs and improvements
Ordering supplies for store maintenance
Assisting with cleaning emergencies
Maintaining store landscaping and parking lot
Continual cleaning of all store departments
Reporting safety hazards and violations
Performing other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Ability to handle unpleasant tasks with a positive attitude
Demonstrates concern for the overall appearance of the store
Knowledge of WFM culture, quality standards, core values, and products
Strong to excellent communication skills
