**Job Title: Operating Room • Registered Nurse • Night Shift**

**Location:** Lancaster, CA
**Start Date:** ASAP
**Shift:** Nights (3 x 12•hour shifts)
**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
**Contract Length:** 13 weeks
**Experience:** 1 year travel, 2 years Cardiovascular OR

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Implement nursing process for patient care
• Ensure safety and comfort during surgeries
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments
• Advocate for patient wishes
• Manage surgical counts and safety
• Engage in committees and additional duties as needed

**Skills and Qualifications: **
• Proficient in asepsis and sterile techniques
• Knowledgeable in surgical tools and technology
• Effective under pressure
• Leadership in supervising care

**Education:**
• Perioperative Nursing Course preferred
• CNOR certification preferred
• 2 years surgical experience required
