The Personal Trainer at Equinox is responsible for developing and coaching personalized fitness programs while managing business aspects such as client scheduling and marketing training sessions. The role emphasizes continuous professional development, client service, and maintaining a safe, organized fitness environment. Trainers are expected to have or obtain certification, CPR/AED credentials, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay Transparency: $39.50-$94.00/per session;$16/hr (non-session work); ability to earn additional incentive bonuses
