Key Responsibilities
Supervise sales associates including staffing, training, and performance management.
Achieve targeted sales as per business goals.
Develop relationships with customers and vendors, addressing their needs.
Conduct monthly sales meetings and develop staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor major account prospects and process customer rebates.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
4-6 years foodservice sales experience
Team lead or supervisory experience
Valid driver's license
