Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect clinical services for substance use and psychiatric services
Conduct crisis assessments and intake assessments
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
Develop and implement treatment plans
Participate in clinical team meetings and supervision
Make timely referrals to community and treatment resources
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree
Connecticut licensure as LPCA, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
Preferred Qualifications
Training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Familiarity with abuse and neglect reporting
Knowledge of community-based resources
Experience with pre-authorization and billing processes
