Key Responsibilities
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics and procurement processes
Implement inventory control strategies
Coordinate with facility and finance leadership to maintain budgets
Collaborate with production teams to align inventory levels
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers
Use data and analytics for supply chain improvements
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Develop and manage a high-performing diverse team
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
18+ months of food production facility experience
6+ months of supervisory experience in the food manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain management
Intermediate computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Basic understanding of ERP processes within a food manufacturing environment
Understanding of financials and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
Ability to work well with others and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
