Job Description

Join Staples as a Sales Account Manager and drive growth by collaborating with buying groups and enhancing the visibility of Quill's business solutions. You will play a crucial role in increasing sales and customer engagement through strategic partnerships and effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicate with external buying group partners.
  • Manage vendor portals by auditing and updating content.
  • Partner with marketing channels to raise awareness of Quill offerings.
  • Serve as primary contact for contract support and onboarding.
  • Train sales teams on buying group changes and new awareness.
  • Support conference setup and logistics.
  • Audit Quill landing pages for buying groups.
  • Work with pricing teams for sales collateral updates.
  • Assist in launching large buying group sales initiatives.
  • Attend and support conferences as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with both external and internal teams
  • Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
  • Office 365 and Adobe proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic Marketing experience
  • Strong sales process and methodology
