Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue from new customers in the public sector and commercial market
  • Build territory strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
  • Attend conferences and events
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team
  • Meet and exceed quotas and metrics
  • Maintain CRM records and activity logs
  • Improve through coaching and teamwork
  • Consolidate business from other vendors

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years sales experience
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in the public sector
  • Remote role covering Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven business development experience
