Key Responsibilities
Drive new revenue from new customers in the public sector and commercial market
Build territory strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team
Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
Attend conferences and events
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
Ensure smooth transition to account management team
Meet and exceed quotas and metrics
Maintain CRM records and activity logs
Improve through coaching and teamwork
Consolidate business from other vendors
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
5+ years sales experience
At least 6 months of relevant experience in the public sector
Remote role covering Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven business development experience
