Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the nursing needs of residents
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Develop assignments in coordination with care partners
Lead and direct a team of caregivers
Plan, organize, develop, coordinate, and direct the infection prevention and control program
Required Qualifications
Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
IP Certified or willing to obtain within 30 days
Current CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care
