Join Monte Nido as a Group Facilitator and play a key role in helping adults overcome eating disorders. This part-time position focuses on creating a supportive environment for patients to share their experiences and foster personal growth. You will facilitate group sessions and be an essential part of their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate group sessions
Facilitate interaction between group members
Maintain awareness of individual client's needs
Facilitate identification and congruent expression of feelings
Document group sessions including patients’ progress or lack thereof, problems, concerns and mental status
Ensure timely completion of documentation related to direct patient services
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff and colleagues
Attend mandatory training and in-service collaborations
Required Qualifications
Actively working on a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field
QMHP certification required
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting
Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
