Job Description

Join XPO as a Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead HR initiatives, support performance management, and ensure compliance with regulations. You'll play a critical role in managing employee relations and enhancing engagement across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide counsel and guidance regarding policies, procedures and regulatory compliance
  • Assist with performance management and disciplinary actions
  • Manage employee relations and ethics issues
  • Coach leaders through performance management processes
  • Establish relationships for staffing and strategic workforce planning
  • Energize HR initiatives related to employee engagement and program development

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2 years of HR experience, including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management and employee relations
  • 1 year of professional recruitment experience
  • Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrate expertise in advanced internet searching
  • Professional HR certification
  • Experience in working in manufacturing/warehouse facilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
