Join XPO as a Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead HR initiatives, support performance management, and ensure compliance with regulations. You'll play a critical role in managing employee relations and enhancing engagement across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide counsel and guidance regarding policies, procedures and regulatory compliance
Assist with performance management and disciplinary actions
Manage employee relations and ethics issues
Coach leaders through performance management processes
Establish relationships for staffing and strategic workforce planning
Energize HR initiatives related to employee engagement and program development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2 years of HR experience, including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management and employee relations
1 year of professional recruitment experience
Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrate expertise in advanced internet searching
Professional HR certification
Experience in working in manufacturing/warehouse facilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
