Pay Range: $300,000 $475,000 per year
Up to $100, 000 sign on bonus
EAM: 3 OBG + 3 CNM + 2 WHNP's (plus 3 OBGYNs PRN for call coverage at hospital)Benefits Package Includes:

- VAC: 3 weeks (yr 1-2), 4 weeks (yr3-5), 5 weeks (6+ yrs)
- SICK: 10 days/yr (accrued up to 480 hrs)
- CME: 5 days (yr 1-5), 8 days (6+ yrs)
- CME allowance: $YES, (includes professional license &.or society dues) 5 days plus $3500
- DEA renewal: employer paid

- Life insurance: $50,000 plus option for supplemental life ins and AD&D employer paid - $50,000
- STD: 31 day exclusion (employer paid, $700/week for 22 weeks- option for buy-up plan
- LTD: 180 day exclusion (employee paid), 60% of pay up to $9250/month
- 403(b) retirement plan: tax deferred plan after 1 year of employment - employer pays 2% discretionary contribution at calendar year end + matches employee's contribution up to 3% of salary
