Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in designated sales territory/region
Collaborate with Senior Management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills
Formulate a quarterly business plan to achieve sales revenue goals
Actively prospect referrals from present and prospective customers
Develop territory routing plan to service customer needs and market to new business/customers
Educate referral sources on all CSI services and communicate the CSI differentiators
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years Medical Sales or equivalent experience
Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License
Maintain automobile insurance coverage
Access to a reliable automobile
Preferred Qualifications
College Degree or equivalent experience
Home infusion or Specialty Pharmacy experience
