Job Description
As a Retail Sales Supervisor at Staples, you will lead customer engagement and oversee front store operations, focusing on sales and exceptional service. This role offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while working in a dynamic environment and receiving valuable benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Champion customer engagement and oversee front of store operations
Focus on increasing sales, conversions, and service
Provide peer coaching and support to the store team
Own weekly sales and merchandising activities
Perform Floor Leader role
Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities
Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience selling retail products or services
Effective communication skills
Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others
Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs
Organizational skills
Ability to manage conflict non-confrontationally
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range
