Key Responsibilities

  • Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels.
  • Uses computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and refers to published materials or senior staff.
  • Manages communication with Agency contacts and background investigators.
  • Prepares and sends background investigation notices to agencies.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of work-related experience
  • Ability to go on-site to location within Boyers, PA
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years background investigation CSR experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team
