Key Responsibilities
Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels.
Uses computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting.
Responds to customer inquiries and refers to published materials or senior staff.
Manages communication with Agency contacts and background investigators.
Prepares and sends background investigation notices to agencies.
Required Qualifications
Active Secret clearance
High School diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of work-related experience
Ability to go on-site to location within Boyers, PA
6 months of customer service experience
Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years background investigation CSR experience
