Job Description
Join Cognizant as a Client Relationship Manager, where you will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and business growth in the Banking & Financial Services sector. Lead engagement management, enhance client relationships, and optimize account performance while collaborating with delivery teams to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
Co-create solutions with clients
Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
Track BFS industry trends and provide proactive ideas
Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients
Responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
Lead onsite project teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in a client facing role in a consulting firm or account/engagement management role in IT
Experience managing Client P&L of $15+ million
Excellent ability to influence and communicate with business stakeholders up to C-Suite
Ability to interface at all organizational levels
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
MS or MBA degree
Strong background in project environment and application development in BFS
Proven ability in new business development and managing multiple tasks
Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex assignments
Demonstrable problem-solving skills with strategic solution identification
