Weekly Hours: 36
Overtime Starts after: 40 hours

For Travelers/Stipend:
Hourly Pay Rate (W2):$68.00
Weekly Pay Rate (W2):$2448.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate:$33.50
Minimum Hourly Stipend:$34.50
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable):$1,206.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable):$1,242.00

For Traveller 1099 Candidates:
Hourly Pay Rate (1099):$72.00
Weekly Pay Rate (1099):$2,592.00
Requirements:
Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered.
24 months minimum of current ICU experience - REQUIRED
Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross.
No License Hits - REQUIRED
