Job Description

As the Dialysis Facility Administrator, you will manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with regulations. Your leadership will drive program growth and financial success while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall daily management and operation of the clinic
  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan/coordinate patient scheduling
  • Implement clinical and operational processes
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic personnel
  • Coordinate functions of all departments
  • Promote quality management program

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in kidney failure care
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year previous dialysis management experience
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language
