Join Quill, part of Staples, as an Inside Sales Key Account Manager, responsible for driving sales and managing a significant account portfolio. You'll have the opportunity to create strategic growth plans and engage with customers to provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sales results for assigned accounts (~$8-10M+)
Acquire new business and grow sales while managing current customer base
Map accounts and identify category opportunities
Build strategic growth plans and identify new business development opportunities
Utilize Salesforce and other tools to keep customer data updated
Execute sales strategies through various channels including phone and digital
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience working with large complex accounts
Track record of exceeding sales quota
Managed complex deals from start to finish
Experience with business-to-business sales process
Responsibility to retain and grow accounts
