Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives
  • Implement strategic business plans to meet and exceed all KPIs and goals for the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to educate them on product benefits
  • Develop and implement territory business plans to maximize product adoption and market penetration
  • Conduct sales presentations and deliver compelling product messaging
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities and track sales performance
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines
  • Participate in training programs and sales meetings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years primary care pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment
  • Strategic thinker who can develop and drive a territory business plan
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing

  • Rheumatology experience
  • Launch Sales Experience
