Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments
Assume responsibility for a designated group of patients/clients

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy
1 year Specialized occupational therapy training or experience
