As a B2B Sales Representative at Staples' Quill brand, you'll focus on driving new revenue growth and building effective sales strategies within your territory. This role involves engaging with potential customers, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to exceed targets while fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects based on customer size and potential
Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Leverage education contracts for customer acquisition
Ensure smooth transition to account management team
Meet and exceed quotas and key metrics
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Contribute positively to team culture
Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory (approximately 50% travel)
Ability to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA.
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
