MedAdventures is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a skilled nursing facility team in Dallas, OR . This role offers the opportunity to help residents regain independence, enhance daily living skills, and improve overall quality of life in a supportive, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct OT evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, coordination, and functional independence
• Collaborate closely with nurses, PTs, SLPs, and other team members for coordinated care
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals, exercises, and safe techniques for daily living
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with facility and state requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred — new grads welcome
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
