Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first face of the community, providing exceptional customer service
Answer questions from residents, vendors, guests, and employees
Assist the administrative team with tasks
Track resident occupancy and ensure accurate billing
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
Experience in bookkeeping and basic accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Positive and energetic attitude
Professional appearance and conduct
Ability to lift/move items up to 25 pounds
Criminally cleared
Good physical health verified by a health screening
