Job Description
As a General Manager, you will lead your store's success by coaching and developing your team to achieve company objectives while providing an exceptional customer experience. You'll manage store performance, drive sales through local marketing strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee, coach, and develop store team members
Manage overall store performance and KPIs
Lead team to reach or exceed sales goals
Supervise office security and cash management
Ensure compliance with company policies and laws
Maintain a professional store atmosphere
Utilize personal vehicle for company business
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries
Operations experience in a leadership capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to work with phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
Background check required
Ability to meet physical demands of the position
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or higher
Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
Bilingual English/Spanish
