As a Loan Advisor at DriveTime, you'll engage with customers to collect overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans, all while fostering positive relationships. You'll utilize your skills in customer service and financial processes to help customers achieve vehicle ownership, making a real impact in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate and negotiate with customers to influence them to make needed payments
Monitor and ensure regular follow-up on loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred Qualifications
Contact center experience in the financial services industry
