Job Description
Health Connect America seeks Independent Contractors for Therapy Services to deliver high-quality, compassionate, and client-centered mental health care. Join a dedicated team to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that foster healing in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family sessions
Document all client interactions and treatment progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
Participate in outreach and marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families
Eligibility for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
Secure supervision and be in pursuit of licensure
Reside within 100 miles of the reporting office
