Key Responsibilities
Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
Establishes a patient-centered plan of care
Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services
Supervises and delegates care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants
Requires critical thinking skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current licensure with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Occupational Therapy
BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer
