Job Description

Join Raytheon as an Integrated Logistics Support Engineering Services Manager, where you'll lead logistics and sustainment efforts for missile activities. You'll work closely with US Navy customers and international partners, ensuring product reliability and support throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and present proposals to US Navy customers.
  • Lead improvements to business system integrity and spares planning methodology.
  • Coordinate with FMS Country Managers and International Program Managers.
  • Develop and update Special Processing Instructions for customer maintenance personnel.
  • Develop logistics planning documents such as Maintenance Plans.
  • Create and deliver technical documents and training programs for customers.
  • Oversee container management process and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support Navy Cataloging Services and develop product Catalog Round Major Parts Interchangeability and Service Life Data.
  • Monitor engineering processes for potential impacts on ILS processes or deliverables.
  • Collect, write, and present program highlights and concerns to functional leaders.

Required Qualifications

  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
  • Experience with logistics, sustainment, system fielding, and/or depot functions.
  • Ability to maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with OPUS, PRISM, and/or LOKI software tools
  • Understanding of depot hardware handling and transportation requirements
  • Familiarity with factory operations, procedures, and sustainment activities
  • Experience working with US Military programs
  • Broad knowledge of ILS processes, including sustainment and supportability principles and concepts
  • Ability to influence product design to optimize product supportability
