Key Responsibilities
Processing debit and credit transactions accurately
Responding to clients’ needs and inquiries
Performing minor account maintenance tasks
Referring customers to internal financial experts
Educating clients on bank technology
Assisting branch team members in achieving goals
Ensuring compliance with banking regulations
Assisting in opening and closing the branch
Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Customer service experience required
Strong math and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Must maintain confidentiality of client transactions and bank records
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals preferred
One year of cash handling experience preferred
