Key Responsibilities
Generate revenue by promoting sales of products
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services
Process orders and ensure accuracy
Develop relationships with potential customers
Provide ongoing customer service on existing accounts
Support continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
1-2 years of call center sales or customer service experience
Knowledge of automotive parts
Preferred Qualifications
College coursework
Call center and cash handling experience
Familiarity with company products and procedures
