Meridian Media Ventures is seeking a strategic Head of People to enhance talent acquisition and retention, develop leadership programs, and foster a robust company culture. This pivotal role involves partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive performance and growth in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end hiring for executive and senior roles
Design and oversee onboarding programs for new hires
Codify and evolve company culture
Offer direct coaching to team leads and managers
Develop tools to evaluate leadership readiness and team health
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in HR, people operations, talent development, or leadership roles
Success in recruiting senior-level talent and building leadership pipelines
Experience in designing and implementing people systems
Experience supporting or partnering with CEOs or executive teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in both structured and unstructured settings
Familiarity with executive coaching, assessments, or leadership development frameworks
