Job Description

Join Boeing as a Workday Resource & Operations Management Lead to drive efficiency in Workday projects and ensure optimal resource allocation. This role is pivotal in managing large-scale Workday implementations and enhancing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the allocation and tracking of resources across Workday projects
  • Work with PMO team to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Partner with Workday architect team to mitigate resource availability conflicts
  • Coordinate Workday skill tracking, certification updates, training, and resource access
  • Own the data accuracy in tools supporting HRIT/Workday function
  • Make recommendations for work process improvements and optimization opportunities
  • Analyze and evaluate reports on utilization metrics
  • Manage 3rd party resource plans and delivery velocity
  • Coordinate with Business Analyst and PMO teams for demand prioritization tracking
  • Monitor and track Service-Level Agreement adherence

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working functionality across the Workday HCM product suite
  • 5+ years of experience conveying complex information in standard business tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects to ensure timeline is met
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel queries and complex linked data
  • 5+ years of experience in managing recent, global and complex Workday programs and projects
  • 5+ years of experience in technology project management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Workday HCM certification
  • Active Workday Engagement Manager certification
  • Experience as a Workday Engagement Manager
