This remote role requires a results-oriented individual with strong communication skills to engage and convert new customers, while collaborating with sales leadership to exceed revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers in the public sector and commercial market
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members
Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
Ensure smooth transition to the account management team
Meet and exceed quotas and key metrics
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek continuous improvement through coaching
Positively impact company culture and work collaboratively with peers
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory (approximately 50%)
Ability to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
