Job Description
Join Raytheon as a Manufacturing Engineer II and leverage your engineering expertise to enhance manufacturing processes. Collaborate with diverse teams to develop solutions, improve efficiency, and contribute to national security efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Support daily manufacturing with process troubleshooting
Disposition non-conforming material with root cause analysis
Drive Continuous Improvement using Six Sigma principles
Provide real-time technical support to manufacturing teams
Develop tools/fixtures for ergonomic processes
Lead corrective action investigations
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of CORE principles and techniques
Technical drawing interpretation and GD&T
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preferably CREO/ProE)
Demonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude
Innovative mindset driving continuous improvement
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Current DoD security clearance (secret)
Experience with automated tooling and programming
Experience with Government Furnished Material (GFM) processing
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
