Key Responsibilities
Build community relationships and drive self-generated sales
Meet sales goals and metrics while working independently
Interact with customers and external partners through various channels
Sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries
Required Qualifications
Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain prior to the start date
Ability to have daily face to face interactions with prospective members
Experience with technology including high level use of laptops and CRM tools
Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook
Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance
Minimum internet download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
Ability to work from a dedicated, interruption-free space
Preferred Qualifications
Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in TEAMS and PowerPoint
Experience engaging with the community through service and volunteerism
Experience selling Medicare products
Bilingual in English and another language
Prior experience in public speaking and presentations
