Key Responsibilities
Manage the full life cycle of individual grant proposals and awards
Review Grant and Contract Agreements for accuracy
Create documentation for monthly cash draws from funding agencies
Prepare monthly fringe salary workbook for grant invoices
Monitor staff hours in relation to budget for each grant
Participate in preparing financial statements
Ensure compliance with grant-related financial reporting requirements
Lead reconciliation of the Grants Receivable sub-ledger
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience
At least 5 years previous non-profit accounting experience
At least 5 years experience managing Federal and State grants in a multi-grant environment
5+ years general ledger experience
Proficient with NetSuite
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in public health, social or biological science, business, or related field
A demonstrated understanding of issues affecting community health centers and diverse patient populations
Knowledge of federal and state healthcare transformation and reform goals
