Job Description

Intuit is looking for Tax Experts to assist customers during the tax season. This remote role offers the opportunity to provide tax advice and prepare returns while enjoying comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
  • Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
  • Manage product/software inquiries
  • Document customer interactions accurately

Required Qualifications

  • Active PTIN
  • Unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
  • Minimum of 2 years of paid tax filing experience
  • Experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
  • Strong tax preparation experience
  • Extensive knowledge of tax laws
  • Excellent customer service skills
