Key Responsibilities
Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals
Develop and maintain customer relationships throughout loan process
Present financial solutions based on customer needs
Educate customers on loan terms and conditions
Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools
Manage loan life cycle, including collections activities
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience
Collections experience
Customer Service experience
Bilingual - Spanish
