Job Description
Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season to work remotely. Bring your expertise in tax preparation and customer service to help clients navigate their taxes while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Maintain sensitive customer information
Document interactions for accurate record-keeping
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
