Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and guests, providing excellent patient service
Perform registration functions, including updating demographics and insurance information
Make appointments and manage follow-ups
Collect co-pays and reconcile cash drawer
Document patient outreach and communication
Assist patients using technology upon arrival
Maintain knowledge of regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of recent registration or billing experience in a medical facility
Excellent organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in patient registration and scheduling
Experience with medical insurance pre-certifications and authorizations
