Join Quill, a part of Staples, as an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth for a significant portfolio. You'll work with a diverse team to manage accounts, develop strategic plans, and leverage innovative selling methods to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts (~$8-10M+)
Acquire new business and grow sales while managing current customers
Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
Create and maintain a solid understanding of accounts and growth plans
Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated and manage a healthy pipeline
Know products, customers, and vertical markets
Execute sales strategies through various channels including phone and digital
Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow the customer base
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience working with large complex accounts
Responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
Experience with business-to-business sales process
Responsibility to retain and grow accounts
