Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide to make a meaningful impact in K–12 special education. Support students to reach their full potential while gaining essential classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist teachers in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher
Passing score on the Paraeducator Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with special needs children
