Key Responsibilities
Build relationships through proactive outreach
Assist customers with opening new accounts and service requests
Develop understanding of bank products to connect with customers' needs
Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners
Maintain cash drawer and handle cash-related tasks
Required Qualifications
6+ months of interacting with customers experience or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions
Experience proactively engaging with customers via phone or email
Ability to educate customers on mobile banking options
Experience working with teams to meet customer needs
Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
Proficient in sourcing, acquiring, and maintaining customer relationships
Support customers in resolving or escalating concerns
