Key Responsibilities
Operate basic equipment and machines
Carry out operational tasks following established processes
Assist in equipment maintenance and repair
Follow health, safety, and environmental instructions
Ensure operational compliance with quality standards
Utilize precision measuring equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances
Maintain courteous internal communications
Understand and adhere to policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
3+ years machining experience in a manufacturing or repair environment operating CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, and manual lathes/mills.
Effective verbal communication skills
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize activities efficiently
Understanding of safe systems of work
