Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients
Serve as a role model to promote a positive work environment
Supervise and direct staff providing patient care
Implement and document individualized care plans
Assist with emergency measures for sudden adverse developments in patients
Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives and shared governance
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
2 years directly related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
