As the Digital Paid Media Manager at Music & Arts, you will lead the strategy, execution, and performance of digital paid media, managing a significant budget to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a data-driven digital paid media strategy to achieve acquisition and revenue goals
Manage budget allocation and optimize channel mix for efficiency and incremental growth
Use analytics, tracking, and testing to measure performance and refine campaigns
Lead A/B testing for creative, landing pages, and ad formats to improve results
Identify new opportunities and emerging platforms to enhance performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media with broader business objectives
Foster a test-and-learn culture to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience in a related discipline
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including pay-per-click management
Advanced proficiency in Google, Bing and Meta Ads platforms
