Job DescriptionJoin Aaron's as a Customer Accounts Advisor where you'll build strong relationships with customers, driving lease agreement renewals and ensuring satisfaction. Your role as a coach will be pivotal in helping customers achieve ownership while meeting performance goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update customer accounts Contact customers regarding lease agreement renewals Promote timely lease agreement renewal payments Assist in achieving revenue and renewal goals Handle merchandise returns and guest deliveries Clean and certify returned merchandise Complete vehicle maintenance sheets and route sheets Safely operate company vehicle Assist the Sales Team as needed Perform any reasonable duties requested by management Required QualificationsMust be at least 21 years old (U.S.) or 18 years old (Canada) Valid state Driver’s License Satisfactory driving record Ability to work varying hours from 8 am to 9 pm Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with assistance Preferred QualificationsTwo years of retail/customer service experience High School diploma or equivalent Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High energy and multitasking abilities Proper telephone etiquette Uphold the Aaron’s Brand Maintain a professional appearance Proficient computer skills
